After downloading

  1. macOS: open the DMG and drag Resolve Vault to Applications.
  2. Windows: run the installer and follow the setup wizard — it installs the Python component DaVinci Resolve's scripting bridge needs automatically.
  3. Linux: in a terminal, go to the folder you downloaded it to and run sudo dnf install ./ followed by the .rpm file name (Rocky Linux, RHEL, AlmaLinux or CentOS Stream 8+).
  4. Launch the app and enter your license key on the activation screen.
  5. No key yet? Get a license.
